I have a charging problem with my car. It has not been used for a long time just because the problem. The internal heater in the battery doesnt start to warm up the battery. I have measured 230v on the cable thats going in to the BMI. It is a contactor in the BMI that controls the heating or should it warm up when I have 230v in to the BMI?

Yes I know that the 12v must be charged. The two lamps on the dashboard is working normally. One is lighting and the other blinks as it should do when the battery warms up.
