Strange issues with PCU - Offset on current sensor off range

Very weird behaviour - the car can sometimes drive, but sometimes would stop in the middle of a drive.
Sometimes it would stop charging too.
I have not been able to recreate the state of working/not working while connedted with CHAS.

And only have been able to see the situation when "not working".

The car has Gen1 PCU, originally with Zebra battery, but changed to Enerdel.

The following things are reported in CHAS:
Err_code 60 - ERR_OFS_IR
Flt1 bit 10 - Motor Control fault
Flt3 bit 13 - PCU ECU faulted-defective
McEr1 bit 2 - offset_ir_off_rng

All these point to one of the current sensors having offset out of range.
Where are these sensors? (there is supposed to be an "_ir_" and "_is_")
Can I see that offset in CHAS? If yes how?
Is this offset self calibrating, or part of a firmware update?

Any help, or advice appreciated!

Hi BauDemo. I believe to rebuild from Zebra to Enerdel the PCU must be reprogrammed with the right software from Zebra to Enerdel. When you start Chas what version of the software comes up? I was able to upgrade mine to a newer version by using a program called C167Loader that comes with Chas.
Think City 2010 mod. Li-Ion, Farge: City Citrus
VW e-up 2016 mod. Farge: Blueberry Metallic.

Thank you for the message!
I tried several different software versions, but the same bits stay with value 1 indicating the same errors.
Yesterday morning I tried again and I was able to drive 2m with the car... but then it did fault again.
Unfortunately I did not have a CHAS connected so I could not capture the dynamics of the error.
