Charge is interrupted.
Nikometer fault isolation error message.
When charging the battery internal resistance increases over 400 mOh.
What can I do?

Please ignore the internal resistance parameter when charging.
I don't know what you need to do for the problem - maybe the more experienced guys can chime in.

Edit: Did you try to clear the errors and see if it comes back?
I am not saying this is a good thing to do - if the error is there, there must be a reason for it, and the reason will not disappear if you clear the error.

I have the same problem after last charge :-( , I can't delete this error by nikometer (is came back after deleting)

This is a well known Think issue.

What has happened is that the plastic battery case has cracked on one of the batteries, and electrolyte has leaked down to the metal battery box creating a short to ground.

We believe this is cased by gluing the batteries to the battery box, thus creating stress.

My fix is to dismantle the battery, locate and remove the offending cell, remove the rest of the cells, remove the glue, clean and paint paint up the battery box, fit rubber mat in battery box, and refit the batteries.

If this happend just after waterfill, try to clean around the 3 water outlet nipples under the car.

If the battery is not charged enough , or it is to long time between charging and waterfill, the battery can be overfilled. On the first few chargings the battery will boil out the exessive water mixed with electrolyte, and make contact to ground trough the filling system.

I check voltage between car ground and battery "-" and my multimetr showed 70V !!!
that isn't OK I think :-(

Check the voltage between chassi and multiple batteries. Lowest value may indicate the leak, if it is only one. Count from "-"  +70 volt is maybe block 10 or 11.   -70 volt is 8 or 9
Then disconnect the cables and measure single blocks resistance and voltage to chassi.

The service manual says that an 1 kohm resistor should be installed between + and - on the multimeter. This is to bleed off possible "ghost voltage".

If you use a 10 Kohm resistor across the multimeter, the highest allowable voltage to ground before you get isolation fault is about 4 volts. ;)

In my Think I had bad two batteries, one of them has small hole after small explosion 3,3V and the second has bad two cells 4,3V. After change for good batteries all is OK :-)

Here is a photo taken way back and of me charging a Think battery using my AX charger to do the job. Had to program the AX to initial charge, and reset it afterwards.

Theese days all is a lot easier using a reprogrammed Plastma cutter as a charger.
