Indicator shows 0%, charger won't start

Hello,
I searched for similar topics, found one.
But didn't understand the solution and opened a new topic.

Our Partner shows 0% of Energie...
We plug-in the socket and the charger starts for about 10-15 seconds.

The batteries shows 3,27-3,28V - all cells.
The batteries are one year and a half old, LiFePO4 type.
The total voltage is 159V.

We do not have the testing computer.

What is the solution of this problem?

Could be a bad contact in one of the batteries. This will prevent the charger from starting, as the voltage will increase to fast once current is flowing.

But unfortunatelly this is not the problem.

This saturday the charger degnited to start at all - even non for 15-20 sec.
The problem looks is somewhere else.

When we have 0% on Energy, what we should do?

Unfortunately, I can't help you with problemsolving, but I can tell you that NiCad batteries can be stored for a long time at fully discharged state, so no immediate danger there...

Bor i Asker. Elbilist siden 2005.
Har hatt div. Saxo/P106 som vi har kjørt tilsammen 170.000 km. Kun en P106 igjen nå.

Yes, batteries are lithium 160Ah...
I think the batteries are not the main problem in this situation...
Have to figure what to do with the car.
In December we changed the motor with newer one, again from Partner.
Now this problem - it is awful...  :-\

I have very little experience with Li-converted PSA-classics, but in my experience there are so many slightly different ways to do the conversion so I think you need to contact the company or person that did it.
Some control-questions anyway.
- has the SOC meter worked before? (several conversions I have seen it does not work)
- are you using the original PSA-NiCd charger? (some do, some install a new one)
