VIN number in my 2008 Think

Heres a picture of where the VIN number is supposed to be according to the user manual, as you can see there is nothing there (windscreen bottom left corner).
Where should I be looking for it instead ?

on 2 other places:

- on the cooling radiator - there should be a yellowish label
- under the passenger seat - pull the seat in most forward position and look at the floor for a cut. Open the cut and you will see it stamped in the metal.
