So here is the idea...
The idea is similar to the quick charging for the Clio.
To use a current-relay that senses the AC current that is used in the built-in charger and then if that current is higher than 5A, we start and run additional 3kW or 6kW chargers that have their DC output connected via the PCU connector for the air conditioning.

The car can be modified to a Type 2 inlet, and electrically retain all the cables, but the extra 2 phases can be connected to 2 3kW chargers.

6kW @360V is 17A, and the Air conditioning fuse is 20A.

Any reasons why the above should not work?

It has been done, on a Swedish lithium Think.

The Zebra-battery cant handle quick charge, as it heats too much up.

Good idea, specially for the Lithium Thinks. I'm not sure tho if the controller circuitry of the lithium-pack would be able to control and adjust the right amount of power going into the batteries...

1C charging means charging with 27kW.

I am proposing charging with 9kW, which is 1/3 of the 1C rate... so there should be no significant issues with temperature.

I remember someone else talking about zebra not beeing able to quickcharge. I have no ide where that is stated. If you can quick charge the Zebra as well, I will be one of your first customers

I'm not wondering if the Lithium battery can take it (nor the Zebra)
I'm wondering if the controller will be aware of the additional power, and adjusting the charge accordingly in spec with the charge-profile of the battery. I guess it could charge fine up to 80% tho, usually that is as much power as you can get....

For the Zebra, I've heard rumors (on this forum) that Think disabled 16A charging due to heat-problems. The battery can probably take the additional input power, but it might be hotter than comfortable.If this heat-problem is true I do not know tho...

16A charge was "disabled" (the pulled out the powercharge-button in the charger cable) due to other reasons, it was never removed from the PCU2-cars afaik. I use it often

The blue Think mentioned above, uses three original think-chargers. I dont remember who produces them, and afaik they were quite hard to get hold of. But I suppose that the charge-profile is the same for all three chargers, and should not harm the battery.

Yes, Gen2 uses Eltek, but a special eltek for Think only.
