Skriver dette på engelsk så det er søkbart for den det gjelder. Nordmenn flest forstår jo godt engelsk
I bought a used car from Tesla in Norway. The car was located in Oslo, like me. The sales representative from Tesla said it was to take 4-6 weeks until it was delivered, which is strange for a used car, but he claimed they would do a thorough check and replace worn parts and so on.
Now 2 months have transpired, and delivery informs me they haven't even started working on it. It just sits in a parking spot outside the store.
The seller on the other hand, the sales rep, lies and lies more, he says they're working so hard on the car, and that it is not located in Drammen.
So I have bought a car they don't care to deliver, and it's not because it's still being made or in shipment, it just sits there in the parking spot.
I've made daily attempts to get in touch with them, but they don't answer the phone, don't call back and don't answer to e-mails.
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone tempted by buying a used car from Tesla to save them from the grief.
I did the same as you, but I don't consider the sales rep as a liar or any other Tesla sales person i've spoken to.
They told me the same thing, but I'm glad that they are replacing the Drive Unit (witch was found during their inspection of the car).
On the other hand they have provided me with a fossil loaner, witch is fine with me. I would glady wait a few more weeks, rather than having a car that is broken.
