Hello All,
I am new at the forum and don't speak Norwegian, but because I'm Dutch I understand it a little (because of the similarities between the languages). So please respond in English!
A week ago my Th!nk (2012 model, ZEBRA battery) does not charge anymore and it seems to be the same problem as posted on your forum before by Jens:

Could it be the charger is broken or will it be something in the car? The softstarter is changed but this doesn't help...
Any suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Bart
Below a more detailed description of the problem (I put on the American Th!nk forum):

Hello,
Some days ago my wife put the car on the charger (230V ZEBRA battery). Some days later I noticed that the powerplug outside my house didn't work anymore, but did not pay attention to that too much. Some days later I drove the car and it was at 80% battery life. At 40% I put it on the charger again (now with an extension cord). A couple of times the car started to hum, but not continuesly (so it didn't charge). The charger gave a car link error. I tried it a couple of times again and at one time the safety switch of my house went off (now I made the link with the powerplug outside my house which didn't function any more).
The next day (last monday) I called the Th!nk specialist in my country The Netherlands (Göritzlehner in Hengelo). The mechanist said it would probably (for 80% sure) be the softstarter which did not function any more. He sent it to me and I changed it today (see the picture I posted some hours ago). My charger says there is a car link (blinking green light) but the car does not charge (yet). Should I do some special thing to make it work?
It is getting cold in The Netherlands and the battery is now at 15%, so I probably have only one day left to make it work. Otherwise the ZEBRA battery will start to crystalize.... Before I call Görithslehner next morning I'll ask you guys.
Please help!
Kind regards,
Bart

Hello,
Thanks for your suggestions. I'll try them.
After consultation of Gorlitzlehner last Thursday I put the car 48 hours at the charger. Because the battery light is blinking at the dashboard and there is a car link seen at the charger the thought was the battery should warm up first (at that time 15 % left).
Now after 48 hours I see a car link error again. Now 5% power left...
I checked the power consumption of the charger during normal car link. It varies between 60 and 560 kW.
After 15 min this way I hear it trying to charge again (some clicks coming from the car, then a click from the charger). But then the car link fault appears again... 0 kW power consumption...
Could the failing of charging the car also be caused by a broken 12 volt battery? Just wondering...
Thanks in advance.
Bart
