Hi

I'd be interested in the Buddy, where is it, and how much are you asking for it?

Hi All

I've just purchased a 2005 Kewet Buddy Citi-Jet 6. It's a fun little car!

Did this model come with regenerative braking?

If it does, then it is not working, does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Also the motor is quite noisy, and as this is my first Buddy, I have no idea how noisy it should be.... can anyone advise?

Thanks in advance.

Hi All

The Saxo has now left the building.

Thanks to Nils who has given it a new home and will be putting it back on the road :)

The car is in 2170 Fenstad, and now updated the original post :)

I don't have any original batteries, if I did I would have put them back in as I like the car and would have liked to use it again. :(

Hi All

*** FREE TO A GOOD HOME***

No outstanding Årsavgift, plates handed back to Statens Vegvesen.

Apologies for the post in English, but my Norwegian is not up to speed yet!

My blue Saxo is surplus to requirements, and is now available. I do not want to take it to the scrap yard, as I believe that the parts are useful to other Saxo Electrique owners.

It is not suitable to go back on the road unless someone wants to fit a complete set of batteries and managment system, as it had been converted to LifePO4 batteries. These are all dead and the monitoring system is not working. I can be converted back to NiCd.

All other parts on the car are in good condition and there are no know issues with the motor, controller or charger.

Bodywork is excellent and the interior is good too. The car has only covered 60,000km.

It has central locking, and electric windows.

I would like to get back the scrap deposit (I think it's about 3000kr) if possible. The parts on the car are surely worth more than that.

There is an original charging lead included and two sets of wheels and tyres. The alloy wheels in the bottom photo are included.

Someone must be able to give it a home :(

Must be taken away on a trailer and ideally I need it gone this weekend or next. You can call me on 94239085, the car is in 2170 Fenstad.

Hi Elektrolux

Are the cells Winston / Thundersky, and how many do you have? What internal resistance are they and how old are they?

I need 9 or 10 cells and is the price negotiable as I'm able to get 120ah new cells for 1500kr each including MVA?

I'm based near Oslo so is it possible to send the cells by post or courier?

I'll have a look at the brushes on the motor and that area for carbon build up, is there a link to any instructions on the net for removal of the motor etc.

Thanks for your advice and help, very much appreciated :)

Hello all!

Firstly apologies for the post in English, I'm not yet fluent in Norwegian!

I've been in Norway for a year and decided it was time to buy a Norewegian car, and as I live 30km from Oslo, thought it was best to get an EV.

I purchased a blue 2002 Saxo with a lithium conversion that had been in storage for nearly a year and had some problems, but mainly very low cell voltage.

I'm now close to having the Saxo on the road after much tinkering and fixing.

I've managed to drive the car about 2 km but need to replace some cells in the battery pack.

So far I've slowly recharged the cells and re-programmed the battery management system, replaced a burnt out relay and had a new wheel bearing fitted. I still have to work out why I get an intermittent isolation (insulation) fault, but think that may be beacuse the car has been stood so long and may be damp.

Can anyone suggest where I could get some ThunderSky / Winston 160Ah cells from in Norway?

Thanks

Glen
