Does it say how have they measured it?

I bought an AC internal resistance (or rather impedance) meter... and doing some tests with NiMH batteries the result is dependand on a lot of different factors.

I am not sure how car import and approval works in Norway. I think there are total of 3 rav4 in Norway, one of them is Arne's.
It is registered in Sweden, so it may be possible to register in Norway.

The price I am asking in Sweden is roughly 248000 NOK, at the current rate of exchange. And eventual buyer in Norway would have to take care of import taxes and transportation.

Most of the rav4s in the US have gone more then 80000km, and usually do not come with battery report. This one has only 15000km, and the buyer has the chance to observe the battery pack condition.

The charger requires 30A 230V single phase connection.
